My home was burglarized and vandalized by an 11 year old girl. we have been reimbursed by the insurance company for the destroyed property and a contractor has come in and assessed the damage and will be paid by the insurance company for the repairs. what should we expect to happen now? will we be reimbursed any further? we lost $1000 in deductable and the value of the property assessed by the insurance companyw as much lower than what we expected.
