This presentation will help you understand: Social Media Risk, The line between ?social? and ?business,? Brand Advocates vs. Brand Detractors, How to put out a ?Social Media? fire, How to ?monitor? your brand on social media, How social media management can reduce risk.
You will have the opportunity to engage in a ?table top exercise? involving a social media crisis. ?It is imperative that businesses know what is being said about their business on all types of social media and, most importantly how they can deal with it in a professional manner? states Terri Ward, President/CEO of the Sullivan
